WHy do i lagg all of a sudden

How come all of a sudden I always lag and freeze up every 5 seconds on the ego servers. it was working fine until yesterday. i don't understand what happen. also i am fine on other severs its just the ego servers i lag on. can any1 help me.

well maybe you should close all other programs... ctrl alt delete... or you got an virus?

cl_cmdrate 100
cl_updaterate 100

I believe both the cl commands will restrict them to 66.
As for the rate command I'm not sure if its 30000 or 25000.
