The production server for it is up, but it hasn't been officially launched yet, I believe some kinks are still being worked out. It's kind of a "it's there, but it might break" scenario. Population'll also likely go up after official launch as well.
It seemed like it needed a little work, but the maps and the new UI look amazing. I was just surprised that there was 7 people yesterday before you "officially launched"
