On behalf of EdgeGamers and everyone who helped in the development of the eGO Jailbreak server, we are happy to announce that the Jailbreak server has finally been released for anyone and everyone to join. We are excited to see returning faces and meet new people on CS2.

HOW TO JOIN

While CS2 is slightly different than CS:GO, joining our Jailbreak server is easy. The three main ways to join are as follows:

1) Using your ~(tilde) key, open your console and enter "connect 104.128.58.156:27015". CS2 will inform you that a custom map needs to be downloaded. Download the map, and you're all set.

2) Using the community server browser, simply search for the =(eGO)=Jailbreak server. Click join, download the map, and play away.

3) If the eGO Jailbreak server was favorited in CS:GO, it should still be in your favorite tab in the community server browser. For convenience, the CS2 Jailbreak server IP is the same as CS:GO.

MOVING FORWARD

For our initial launch, the Jailbreak server is being launched with a small map pool and basic functions that ensure your jailbreak experience is smooth and action-packed. Rest assured, the Counter Strike and Tech leadership teams are dedicated to adding more maps and features as soon as possible. The Counter Strike team has tons of exciting plans for the CS2 Jailbreak server. We don't want to make CS2 Jailbreak like CS:GO; we want to make it better by adding more features and providing new exciting ways to warden, rebel, and be rewarded for playing(jailbreak battle pass?). Make sure to stay tuned to the forums so you don't miss anything.

Grab your best wardens, rebellers, gun tossers, and cell campers, and we'll see you on the server.

Before you join, make sure you take a quick refresher course on our Jailbreak rules.

(For the initial launch, bugs and various glitches are expected. We encourage you to report these bugs HERE so they can be documented and fixed)

As a reminder, the people that bring these projects to life, do this stuff for free. There's a lot of hard work, dedication, valuable time, effort, and integrity that goes into bringing you exclusive content.

If you are here to cause issues, or have anything negative to say, I'd not. Should you have any concerns, I'd recommend you reaching out to CS Leadership privately.
