Unexpected error!

hey yesturday i tried buying the Tf2+Gmod and it said unexpected error when i clicked purchase. i talked to 3 people they said i have no idea. i asked eGO mostly harmless he said its steam. does anyone know what it is or is it something wron with steam like harmless said?

I'd trust mostly harmless. if he says its steam then thats probably the answer.

Either restart steam or something but yes, It is steams fault.

ok and also i tried restarting and it didnt work. so then i waited a day and tried in the more incase it was steam. didnt work
