Found this post on Reddit:

It suggests to change a server command called "sv_jump_spam_penalty_time"

Vanilla value: 0.015625
Updated value: 0.01000 OR 0.0078125

I tried 0.0078125 out in an offline match and it does feel better. Not as good as some of the people are saying, but bhops do feel more consistent (similar to GO)

Not sure how difficult this would be to implement onto the JB server but maybe it is worth a shot since a lot of the T-games are movement based.

I can look into this.

Personally, I always view changes like these with heavy skepticism. This reminds me of how some people claim certain convar changes (specifically anti-lag and client interpolation) are "so much better", and yet most of it turns out to be placebo.
