Counter-Strike On Roadmap Surf RTV with no players

Hey yall!!

So as I am playing surf, and there is nobody in the server I am stuck on the same map for 30 minutes. I suck, and it sucks being on the same map struggling with no help for 30 minutes. Would we be able to do away with the 3 player minimum for an RTV so while I mindlessly surf I can change maps and no cry while failing.
