DS Colors

Detailed description of the bug
DS chat color and name colors are bugged its only showing white even though there are multiple colors
for Example I want to set it to Light green for my chat color but its giving me white also just noticed that its covering an entire line in chat which is a bigger problem

Still trying to find the specific issue and work on the issue, and apply a patch.

Edit: thought I typed this. Most DS seem to have their chat colors but now announcements etc are missing them.

jii Should have fixed any issues with this. Ill look in the servers tonight for any issues myself.

Minor colors are still showing, tech will try to see what they can do. A majority is fixed.
