Are you saying they are able to or are unable to?

In CS:GO, admins could use commands on other same or lower level admins.

i keep getting muted by other admins some how on accident I'm assuming when someone mutes @ Dead etc is when its happening

This is intended.

This was likely caused by admins muting a certain target, such as T, dead, etc.. You being muted when those groups are targeted is not a bug and intentional.

Since T’s are now muted at round start and dead are always muted, this should be happening less often.
