Short description of the bug
Map nominations not working and rtv not working
Detailed description of the bug
!nominate doesnt work and no maps are found when trying to nominate.
Also pic related (https://prnt.sc/EK9ljvfopfBs) pops up when you try to rtv the map (its currently on bhop_bliss)
I believe mooshua restarted the server a few times with no avail for a fix to this.
there might be other issues with the server as well, but these are the obvious current issues
