Short description of the bug
CSGO KZTimer server pending vote kick

Detailed description of the bug
for some reason when a player joins it will randomly change their name to the pending vote and time and since the time is updating every second it kicks them for name change spamming.

Players have reported that it happens on the map kz_ominous2 however I have seen it on many other maps.

I believe this happens when the replay bots and the pending vote bot isn't loaded in. (https://i.imgur.com/gvoU2oS.jpeg)

Also there is not a CSGO KZTimer on the first drop down on this report
