I play mainly counterstike source alot out of all of my games. Do i need to transfer and if so how do i do that? Although im still an e and has never ever been promoted to eg yet, do i have to wait until later.

You joined into the CS:S division. Therefore, you do not need to transfer. Although if you'd like to get your eGO admin you must "transfer" to another division. Again its for eGO's only. As for an e. Posting to transfer allows you to be recognized in another division and increases the eligibility for being promoted on either divisions. Depending on your activity, dedication, forum activity, and administrative capabilities.
