need fbg help

Hi guys I've been trying to get an fbg account to help eGO but when i try to make a profile it says my steam ID is in use. No i do not have a profile already made and yes I've checked and rechecked. Any suggestions or anything would help me,

Tell them you can prove your account ownership with a screenshot and try it.

If that doesnt work, pm me and Ill talk to them personally

Yea, someone definitely used your steam ID when they created their account, most likely by accident.
