Thank you GardenGrove! Working fine now. now to go post all these requests...

Only issue I'm seeing is the thread names are blank when you create new requests.

And the Dates of offense are screwy

It seems that both the Ban Request form and the Ban Contest form have the Thread title & 'Date of Offense' issues that Alhadran mentioned in his last 2 posts above.
