Jade's Awards

Issue Reason: Jade joined the Minecraft Leadership team in 2014. A few months later she took on the responsibility of leading the game as Senior Manager. Fast forward four years she made the jump to Community Manager to continue to help shape the game of Minecraft within our community. We're very thankful for the connections she has built with her Leaders and members, as well as the culture she lives and breaths in her game. Jade is a unique leader and we're lucky to have her on board.

Issue Reason: It is no surprise that, in two short years, Jade has risen to the rank of Division Leader in the Minecraft division. She's a star in the server because of her pleasant nature and willingness to help out any time. The entire organization benefits from her dedication to recruiting, helping to continue Dedicated Supporter and her commitment to making the server the best it can be. For all of this, and more, we are honored to award the Distinguished Service ribbon.

Issue Reason: Reliable. Motivated. Passionate. This list could be endless, but these are the best words to describe Jade. Under her supervision, the EGO Minecraft server soared in the rankings earlier in 2016. Later in the year, even when facing adversity due to less activity and stability, Jade's determination didnt wane. Committed to providing the best place for Minecraft players in EGO, Jade continued on her mission of success. Her actions reached many aspects of EdgeGamers. Filling servers in Team Fortress 2, healing her teammates to victory in Overwatch, building ice towers in Minecraft, chatting with everyone in TeamSpeak, Jade represents what every member of EdgeGamers should aspire to be. EGO is fortunate to have such a shining leader that keeps members doing what matters most – playing games and having fun. It is with honor that the Community Management team present Jade the 2016 Leadership Member of the Year Medal.
